In the framework of the project "FOOD4HEALTH’’, CIHEAM BARI is organizing an Open call for expression of interest by smallholders, fishermen and SMEs for a comprehensive use of pilot plants in presence.

Through this participatory approach, CIHEAM Bari will ensure:

• presentation of the innovative approach about techniques and processes to improve quality and safety of the main traditional food products;
• sharing of the incubation plan and related production lines;
• presentation of the technical-scientific staff (Food technologist expert, coach, mentor) involved in the incubation activities.

The meeting will be held in the premises of CIHEAM Bari in Tricase (target area), on October 26th, 2021, hrs 17:30.

This participatory event is open to all project stakeholders, farmers, fishermen, MSMEs in the agro food and fishery sector, interested citizen or public / private organization.
