On December 24th, 2019, PP2 (ATTC Korça) carried out Open Public Event according to the activities of the "Sustainable and innovative agro food and fisheries value chain for MSME'S cross border market" project; FOOD4HEALTH; Interreg IPA CBC Italia-Albania-Montenegro 2014-2020. The event was followed by the intervention of:

Mr. Roland Meçaj, Director of the Agriculture and Transfer Technology Center of Korça by presenting the project, its specific objectives and the main initiatives that will be developed by ATTC Korça, illustrating the innovative services and the opportunities for knowledge transfer. During presentation was explained the whole project and stages of project's development, target groups and expected impact of project. Also presented the FOOD4HEALTH Community Lab, as an innovative model and a shared equipped location available to the community

Mrs. Elisa Teneqexhi, Director of the Concept and Feasibility of Projects Directory, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development continued by giving a different perspective of the project from her point of view as LP.

Prof. Besnik Skendarsi, University of F.Noli made an intervention by providing similar collaborative experiences between the university and projects in the field

Ms. Marsela Karpuzi & Ms. Ereandra Robo, Albanian Development Fund, Korca Regional Unit which made themselves on the disposal of our project and also Ms. Marsela intervened by presenting project “FILA” that wants to enhance SMEs competitiveness and cross border cooperation, by strengthening the link between research and business, through the creation of cross border ‘Fertilization and Innovation Labs in Agro-food’.

After the meeting and the press conference held by Mr. Meçaj, the partecipants visited the old market of Korça to see on site the building where the FoodLab will be built.
